No finished stock is kept for this item. It is produced once your payment clears, then passed to a carrier, and the delivery estimate is the sum of those two stages. The figures below count weekdays only and leave out U.S. federal holidays. Orders that reach us past 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time begin their count on the next business day.

Domestic parcels are carried by USPS, UPS or FedEx. International parcels travel DDU: the destination country sets any import duty or tax, and the person receiving the parcel pays it. The complete Shipping Policy has every detail.
- Edits and cancellations: write to us within 6 hours of checkout, before printing has started, and the order can be altered or cancelled at no charge.
- Problems we resolve: a print fault, damage in transit, an incorrect item, or a parcel that never reaches you. Report it within 30 days of delivery (for a parcel that never arrives, counting from the closing date of its delivery estimate) and choose either a replacement at no cost or a refund.
- Reporting it: email [email protected] with your order number and a photograph that shows the problem. A first reply follows within 24 hours on business days, and a decision within 2–3 business days.
- Refund timing: money is returned to the card or account you used, normally within 5–10 business days.
- Exclusions: each item exists for one order only, so we do not accept returns when you change your mind, when the size was picked without consulting the chart, or once the item has been worn or laundered.
