Two kinds. A mug is meant for a hot drink at home or at work. A tumbler is for carrying a drink, hot or cold, away from the kitchen. Each product page gives the capacity and the material, and says whether a lid comes with it.
Use and care. Pieces differ in how they handle a dishwasher or a microwave, so look at the care note on the listing before using one for the first time. Hand washing is kinder to a printed surface, and a tumbler must never go in a microwave.
Choosing a size. Match capacity to the routine. A standard mug holds a single coffee or tea at a desk; a larger tumbler serves a long commute or a day out. The exact capacity is given on each listing, so compare it with a cup you already use.
If something is wrong. Parcels are packed with breakage in mind. If a piece reaches you chipped, cracked or broken, take a photograph that shows both the damage and the packaging, and email it to us within 30 days of delivery. You may then choose a replacement or a refund, as described in our Return & Refunds Policy.
