Before you order: Hats
Four styles. A structured baseball cap has a stiffened front panel that keeps its shape. A snapback combines a flat brim with an adjustable snap strap. A dad hat is soft and unstructured, with a curved brim. A knit beanie is made for colder days. The material, the decoration method and the closure type are named on every product page.
Fit. Caps are mostly one size, closed at the back by a snap, strap or buckle. Beanies are knitted with plenty of give for an adult head. For a style sold in fitted sizes, measure around your head just above the ears and compare that figure with the listing.
Care. Clean marks with a lightly dampened cloth and leave the hat to air dry. Keep it away from the washer and dryer. A rolled towel inside the crown helps a stored cap hold its form.
If something is wrong. If your hat comes out of the parcel crushed or damaged, or shows a design you did not choose, write within 30 days of delivery with a photograph and the order number. A replacement or a refund follows under our Return & Refunds Policy.
