Before you order: Accessories
What is here. For now this section holds a single product type: hats. Structured baseball caps, snapbacks, soft dad hats and knit beanies are all listed under Hats, and any accessory types added later will be filed here too.
Choosing a style. The choice is mostly about shape. A structured cap stands with a firm, upright front; a snapback pairs a flat brim with a snap strap; a dad hat is unstructured and sits lower; a beanie is for the cold. Most caps come in one adjustable size. A style offered in fitted sizes lists its measurements, and the way the design is applied, on its product page.
Care. A damp cloth and air drying are enough. Washing machines and dryers can bend a brim and crush a crown, so leave them out.
If something is wrong. Report a hat that arrives crushed or damaged, or with a design you did not order, within 30 days of delivery. Email a photograph and the order number; our Return & Refunds Policy covers the replacement or refund.
