These terms apply whenever you use driftwoodsclothing.com or place an order with Driftwoods Clothing. Please read them before buying.

Scope of these terms

Driftwoods Clothing is an online made-to-order business operating from 309 North Lee Jackson Highway, Haines City, FL 33844, United States. Browsing this site or buying from us means you accept these terms together with our Privacy Policy. Orders may be placed by adults aged 18 or over, or by those who have reached the age of majority in their state or country, or by a younger person whose parent or guardian takes part in the order.

Earlier use of this domain. Driftwoods Clothing is an independent shop. A different, unrelated business used the driftwoodsclothing.com domain before we acquired it in 2026; we are not affiliated with that business, are not a continuation of it, and cannot access, honor or support its orders, accounts, gift cards or events.

Items and orders

• Items are made after checkout. The pictures on product pages are digital mockups, so print position and color on what you receive can differ slightly.
• A contract between us is formed when your order confirmation email is sent. We may decline or cancel an order, most often because of a pricing or listing error, a payment that appears fraudulent, or an address we cannot ship to. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.
• Measurements for every style appear on its product page and in our Size Chart; check them before ordering.

Prices, currency and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We may change them at any time, but a change never alters an order that has already been placed. The full amount is collected at checkout by one of the payment methods shown there, and shipping is displayed before you pay. An order delivered abroad can attract import duties and taxes when it arrives.

Delivery

Production and delivery times, shipping costs and the carriers we use are set out in our Shipping Policy. All delivery dates are estimates.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Edits, cancellations, replacements and refunds follow our Return & Refunds Policy and, for anything before printing, our Cancellation & Modification Policy.

Ownership of names and content

Driftwoods Clothing owns its name and logo, along with the wording, artwork, photographs and page design of this website; none of it may be reproduced without our written permission. Any other company’s name or trademark appearing here belongs to that company. To report an infringement of your rights, use the procedure on our DMCA Copyright Policy page or write to [email protected]; we review every notice.

Acceptable use of the site

Do not interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to reach data you are not authorized to access, place fraudulent orders or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law permits, the website and everything sold through it are provided “as is”. Driftwoods Clothing accepts no liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Where a claim concerns an order, the most we can be liable for is the amount you paid for that order. Consumer rights that the law does not allow to be waived remain unaffected.

Applicable law and resolving disputes

The law of the State of Florida, United States applies to these terms, and any conflict-of-law rule that would select a different jurisdiction is disregarded. Please raise any problem with us first; email resolves most of them. Where a dispute remains unresolved, it will be decided by the state or federal courts with jurisdiction over the place of our business address, unless the law where you live entitles you to bring it before another court.

When these terms change

We may revise these terms from time to time. Each order is governed by the version, and the effective date, published on this page at the moment the order was placed.
